Running with River Otters: A Conservation Curriculum and Action Plan
As part of my work with Crane Collaborations in 2013, I developed a curriculum and teacher training for river otter conservation in the southern Gila in New Mexico. The curriculum includes visual and performing arts as well as science and field components. ENVD student Erin Hauer created most of the graphics and illustrations for the curriculum. I also advised Erin Hauer in the development of a comic and activity book for adoption in the Himalayan region by IUCN. |
